What to do?

Can anybody tell me to what to do when thousands of thoughts are running into your mind and you can`t be able to decide what is right and wrong.
There are days in life when one don`t want to take any decision or any responsibility.
one just don`t exactly know what to do and my heart is filled with this confusion.
Please help kanha.

I think u shd leave it upto God..
I belief what ever is done by God have something good behind It ...that we cant see.

Some times I also have some situations in my life .. I just leave upto God ..
